02
Scope of this notice
This notice applies to visitors to adamasadvisors.com, people who submit an enquiry, people who request a Continuity Report and individuals who otherwise communicate with us through the website.
It does not replace the more detailed confidentiality, data-protection or professional terms that may apply after an advisory relationship begins. A separate privacy notice may be provided where an engagement involves additional categories of information, regulated activity or another controller.
03

|---|---|---|
| Respond to an enquiry and consider a possible engagement | Enquiry and communication information | Your consent and steps taken at your request before a possible engagement |
| Generate and deliver a requested Continuity Report | Report information | Your explicit request and consent |
| Contact you about a confidential conversation you requested | Contact details, role and relevant report summary | Your request and our legitimate interest in responding appropriately |
| Operate, secure and diagnose the website | Technical, security and server-log information | Our legitimate interests in providing a reliable and secure website |
| Understand website use and improve content | Optional analytics information | Your consent |
| Meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations | Relevant records and communications | Compliance with legal obligations and, where necessary, legitimate interests in establishing or defending legal claims |
Where we rely upon legitimate interests, we consider the necessity and proportionality of the processing and its effect upon your rights. We do not use information collected through these forms for unrelated direct marketing unless you have separately agreed to receive it.

The Adamas Continuity Review
The anonymous assessment is private by design. Your responses to the 48 evidence-based statements and the scoring calculations remain within your browser while you complete the Review. They are not sent to Adamas merely because you begin or complete the assessment.
If you choose to request a personalised PDF, the information required to assemble that report is sent securely to the website for that purpose. A temporary PDF is created, attached to an email and deleted from the website server immediately after the sending attempt. The email and its attachment will remain in the relevant mail systems in accordance with their retention settings.
Adamas receives a minimal record of the request, including your contact details, perspective, country if supplied, the six classification outcomes and whether you asked to be contacted. If you do not ask for a conversation, that information will not be used to pursue you about Adamas services.
The Review uses automated rules to classify the six dimensions and select observations. This takes place for informational purposes and does not produce legal or similarly significant effects. It is not legal, tax, investment or other professional advice.
08
International transfers
Adamas serves clients internationally and some providers or associated entities may be located outside Andorra or the European Economic Area. Andorra is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.
Where information is transferred to a country that is not covered by an adequacy decision, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required, such as approved standard contractual clauses, together with proportionate contractual, organisational and technical measures. You may ask us for further information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
09
How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of legal, security and record-keeping requirements.
- Anonymous Continuity Review answers: not retained by Adamas.
- Temporary report file: deleted from the website server immediately after the email sending attempt.
- Report-only requests: normally deleted or anonymised within 90 days, unless needed to resolve a delivery, security or rights issue.
- Enquiries and requested conversations: normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless an engagement begins or a longer period is required by law.
- Security and server logs: normally retained for no longer than 90 days, unless a security event requires longer investigation.
- Consent records: retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate and honour the relevant choice.
Information forming part of an advisory engagement is governed by the retention terms applicable to that engagement.
10
Security and confidentiality
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. These include access controls, secure connections, limited collection, data minimisation and procedures for responding to incidents.
No internet or email system is completely secure. Please use the initial contact form only for the information necessary to begin a conversation.
11
Your data-protection rights
Subject to applicable law and any relevant exemptions, you may have the right to:
- be informed about the use of your personal information;
- obtain access to it and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected;
- ask for information to be erased;
- ask us to restrict its use;
- object to processing based upon legitimate interests;
- receive information you supplied in a portable form where the right applies;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing; and
- complain to a competent data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, email info@adamasadvisors.com. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the scope of a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
