The Adamas Family Continuity Review

How prepared are your family, wealth and institutions for the next transition?

A confidential advisory conversation about family continuity and stewardship

Significant wealth creates a network of relationships, responsibilities, structures and advisers. Arrangements that work well today may remain vulnerable to succession, incapacity, disagreement or unexpected change.

The Adamas Family Continuity Review examines six connected dimensions—purpose, family alignment, governance, capability, structures and advisers, and continuity—as one human and institutional system. It identifies established strengths, hidden dependencies and the questions most deserving of attention before events force the issue.

This is neither a test nor a judgement. It is a confidential early-warning instrument and a starting point for more deliberate stewardship.

In approximately twenty minutes, you will receive:

  • Your weighted Family Continuity Profile
  • A six-part maturity and visibility profile with 24 subdimensions
  • Strengths that should be preserved
  • Dependencies and cross-dimensional tensions
  • A practical 30-day and 90-day agenda

How the weighted assessment differs from a checklist

You will choose your perspective and respond to 48 evidence-based statements. The Review does not give every response identical weight or reduce continuity to a tally of yes-or-no answers. It assesses maturity and visibility separately, gives greater significance to continuity-critical dependencies, and considers how strengths or weaknesses in one dimension affect the others.
